Antioxidants such as Vitamin C in its natural form (L-Ascorbic Acid) are unique to protect and correct against skin aging. They are also highly instable.How do fruits manage to keep Vitamin C and their antioxidants stable and active?
By observing nature and thanks to our knowledge of chemical interactions between antioxidants and Vitamin C, we developed unique and stable complexes.
